How to run your warehouse

Receive trucks

Accept a truck offer. Start the simulation so workers or forklifts unload at the exterior inbound door.

Weigh & store

Cartons travel to the scale. Auto Receive can weigh and allocate them; physical putaway requires staff, a lift for upper racks, and usable routes.

Pick customer orders

Create an order, choose separate picking/packing deadlines. AGVs carry cartons; partially picked cartons return to their original shelves.

Pack & dispatch

Pack at a station, carry the packages to the outbound door, load the truck, and get paid.

Expand carefully

Hire workers before expensive robots. Use Tasks to diagnose missing equipment, waiting trucks, blocked paths, or overloaded stations.
